1) Services

Un Desierto provides made-to-order creative services, including custom lyrics and custom music creation. Deliverables vary by service tier and are described on the Services section of this page.

2) What You Provide

During checkout, please include details in the Notes section (story, names, vibe/mood, and preferences). If details are missing, we will contact you to confirm before starting.

3) Timeline & Communication

Our goal is to deliver an initial listen-ready version within 24 hours of receiving enough details to begin. Revision time is separate and depends on how quickly feedback is provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to respond with approval, feedback, or revision requests in a timely manner. Delayed responses may extend the overall completion timeline.

4) Two Versions & Revisions

Full Custom Song and Premium Custom Song include two initial versions using the same lyrics with different musical direction. Revisions are used only if changes are requested after reviewing the initial versions, within the revision count included in the selected tier.

5) Delivery Formats

• Lyrics Only: Text delivery.
• Full Custom Song: MP3 delivery.
• Premium Custom Song: WAV delivery (best audio quality available).

6) Refund Policy

Because services are custom, made-to-order creative work, refunds are not available once creation begins. If there is a technical delivery issue (for example: incorrect file or missing delivery), we will correct and resend promptly.

7) Usage & Publishing

Unless a separate written agreement is provided, all delivered work is intended for personal use by the customer. Any release, public distribution, or monetization options (if offered) require confirmation and may require separate terms.

8) Customer Content

You confirm that any names, stories, or details you provide are your responsibility to share and do not violate anyone’s rights. Please do not submit private or sensitive information you do not have permission to use.
